Delete your Splatter account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Splatter and go to your Profile.
2. Tap the ☰ menu at the top, then Settings and activity.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account, then Delete account and all my posts.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@splatterapp.com from the email address you signed up with, with "Delete my account" in the subject and your username. We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, email address and password.
• Your posts, 3D scenes, photos, videos, stories, comments, marks, selfie reactions, likes, saves and follows.
• Messages, photos, videos and voice notes you sent in chats.
• Your pins on the Places map.

What may be kept for a while

• Copies in our providers' backups, which are deleted within about 30 days.
• Information we must keep by law, for example evidence of child sexual exploitation that has been reported to the authorities.
• Scenes saved on your own phone stay there until you delete the app.

Only want to delete some things? You can delete any single post, comment or message from its ••• menu, without deleting your account.
